In this session you will learn how Kubernetes and Cloud Foundry play a key role in shaping both technical architecture and business agility. This session explores how each platform tackles scalability, developer experience, and operational control, highlighting their strengths, trade-offs, and ecosystem maturity. We will deep dive into the commercial solutions of Kubernetes and Cloud Foundry from VMware and how they allign and fit into the VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) ecosystem.
Marc will give a presentation around all capabilities of Kubernetes and Cloud Foundry and compares both platforms against each other. We will end the session with two great demos of vSphere with Kubernetes (VKS) and Tanzu Platform for Cloud Foundry.

Marc van de Logt is een Technisch Architect werkzaam bij PQR. Hij is gespecialiseerd in het adviseren, ontwerpen en implementeren van private cloud platformen en moderne applicatie platformen op basis van VMware Cloud Foundation en VMware Tanzu. Marc is VMware vExpert voor reeds 5 jaar op rij en een Tanzu Vanguard Member.
Daarnaast heeft hij als SME vaak een bijdrage geleverd aan verschillende VMware Education Contributor projecten en is hij een van de VMUG Leaders in Nederland.
